An independent nonprofit

Turn feelings into facts so your organization runs better.

We ask parents, guardians, and athletes what they think. Then we share fact-based feedback with boards, leaders, and coaches to build trust.

How It Works

A published, standard approach; applied same way, every time.

01

Design & delivery

Our surveys cover communication, safety, money, and fairness in playing time. We survey parents, guardians, athletes, coaches, and staff from each organization we work with. Everyone knows the rules before we start.

02

Analysis

Our staff combines the results using our published method. We use our experience and AI (artificial intelligence) to find common themes and areas of focus, and share any/all insights.

03

Report

The board and leaders get the full written report and we will work with them to publish key findings.

About

Feelings to Facts is an independent nonprofit. We ask participants about their youth sports organization, then turn the answers into a clear, fact-based report on how it is viewed.

Vision

A world where every family can see, in plain language, how their child's sports organization communicates, keeps kids safe, and spends their support. And where every organization has an honest way to hear feedback and improve.

Core Values

Impartiality

We judge every organization the same published way and we use the data.

Rigor

We test survey questions and get enough responses to trust the results. We don't rely on rumors or cherry-picked feedback.

Transparency

We publish how we work, who funds us, and how we avoid conflicts of interest.

The Athlete's Well-Being is Key

We only ask questions that matter to an athlete's safety, growth, or fair treatment.

Accountability Without Adversary

Our reports are meant to help organizations get better, not to punish them.

Governance

Our credibility depends entirely on our impartiality.

Conflict of Interest Policy

None of our people — as a leader, coach, staff member, or athlete — are included in the survey. Results are calculated without intervention to avoid conflicts.

Funding Firewall

Organizations we're evaluating can't give us extra money or gifts beyond the standard fee. We're funded by foundation grants, individual donations, and the fees we charge everyone equally.

501(c)(3) Status

Feelings to Facts is a charity focused on the safety and healthy growth of young athletes. We don't lobby or take part in political campaigns.
